On IndiaStreet the sun is shining, the heat is enveloping the body, « L’Été Suivant » (The Following Summer), the fourth album of the French quartet Limousine still maintains this mystery around music difficult to circumscribe, between jazz, balearic, easy-listening.
The quartet met during summers, between the end of July and the beginning of August, in the same studio of the 18th arrondissement of Paris.
At this time of the season the city begins to empty and the atmosphere of the capital oscillates between lightness, spleen, impatience and serenity. It is among others what resonates in this disc: a form of graceful detachment, an exhilarating nonchalance.
